ZCZP Stainless steel solenoid valve is a pilot type secondary open solenoid valve composed of two major components, auxiliary valve and main valve. The opening and closing of the auxiliary valve is used to control the opening and closing of the main valve. According to the different switching state at the time of power failure, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valves and normally open solenoid valves.
Normally closed solenoid valve, in the normal position of the segment point, the secondary valve port is closed, the main valve is open, when the telecommunications number enters the pilot valve coil, the active iron core is sucked up by the electromagnetic force to open the secondary valve port, the pressure guiding speed in the main valve cup disappears, the medium pressure will be the main valve cup support, open the main valve, the working medium can flow. However, when the signal disappears, the active iron core is reset, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and the working medium enters the valve from the self-balancing hole. When the pressure tends to be balanced, the valve cup is moved down by the main valve spring, the weight of the valve cup and the pressure of the medium, and the main valve port is tightly sealed.
