PFA lined ball valve feature

PFA lined ball valve is full diameter floating ball (two-stage type) and full diameter fixed ball (three-stage type) (small diameter is two-piece type, large diameter is three-piece type), PFA lined ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the corrosive medium in pipeline and can be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other valves, PFA lined ball valve has the following features:
1. Small fluid resistance, the lining of the ball valve inner wall smooth, smooth flow passage is the least resistance of all valves.
2. The switch is fast and convenient, and only need to rotate the sphere 90° to complete the opening and closing action.
3. Special molding process is adopted to line the lining material on the inner wall of valve shell, which can withstand the corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali media.The liner sphere is combined with the PFA seat for good sealing and zero leakage.
4. Pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other driving devices can be configured to achieve remote control and automatic operation.
5. The ball is integrated with the valve stem to eliminate the rotation Angle difference, eliminate the risk of valve stem rushing out of the body due to pressure changes, and ensure the safety and reliability of use.
6. The ball valve with fluorine plastic lining has extremely high chemical stability and is suitable for any strong corrosive chemical medium;
