PTFE lined ball valve is full port design almost no fluid resistance, suitable for on-off and control. PTFE lined ball valve features zero leakage with superior sealing performance. PTFE lined ball valve adopts fluoring plastic as liner and equipped with new type structure of the ball integrated with stem,as well as the unique elastic lip type sealing seal structure to provide itself all the advantages of general ball valve.

PTFE lined ball valve body is a two-piece precision casting structure, with PTFE, F46, or PFA lining in the valve body chamber and valve core, providing excellent resistance to chemical fluid corrosion. Airtight class bidirectional sealing, valve ball, seat through precision machining, to ensure zero leakage of the valve.The full size provides the same CV value as the pipe. PTFE lined ball valve feature

PTFE lined ball valve is full diameter floating ball (two-stage type) and full diameter fixed ball (three-stage type) (small diameter is two-piece type, large diameter is three-piece type), PTFE lined ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the corrosive medium in pipeline and can be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other valves, PTFE lined ball valve has the following features:
1. Small fluid resistance, the lining of the ball valve inner wall smooth, smooth flow passage is the least resistance of all valves.
2. The switch is fast and convenient, and only need to rotate the sphere 90° to complete the opening and closing action.
3. Special molding process is adopted to line the lining material on the inner wall of valve shell, which can withstand the corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali media.The liner sphere is combined with the PTFE seat for good sealing and zero leakage.
4. Pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other driving devices can be configured to achieve remote control and automatic operation.
