Power Plant Drain Control Valve Product introduction
The main reason for the erosion of the valve sealing surface is cavitation. Cavitation is the decrease in pressure when the liquid flows at high speed, and the bubbles escape when the pressure is as low as the vaporization pressure of the liquid. When the flow rate slows down, the liquid pressure increases, causing the bubble to burst. When the bubble bursts, a great destructive force is generated, which will cause damage to the valve port and cause internal leakage. Therefore, try to reduce the flow velocity at the sealing surface to avoid the problem of valve cavitation.
