J68Y High pressure globe valve is square body for high temperature and high pressure steam service, J68Y High pressure globe valve is mainly installed on water and steam pipelines as a control device (such as steam turbine, boiler drainage, boiler regular drainage valve, condensate main valve, etc.). In the drainage system of power plants, domestic or imported valves of general structure are currently used. Due to the structure of normal high pressure globe valve, the valve core and valve seat are subjected to long-term erosion by high-temperature, high-pressure fluid, causing rapid wear. This results in poor sealing of the valve, causing internal leakage problems in the drainage system valves. In view of this, our company has developed a special non-eroded J68Y High pressure globe valve that can solve the internal leakage problem.

J68Y High pressure globe valve is installed on pipelines and containers for steam turbine condensate, feedwater condensate, heat exchanger condensate, boiler condensate, superheater condensate, venting to atmosphere, water wall lower header drainage, and wall drainage, etc., as a control device. This series of J68Y High pressure globe valve has changed the structure of traditional cut-off valves and adopts a high-pressure differential throttling sleeve structure. J68Y High pressure globe valve has the characteristics of strong resistance to erosion, easy operation, long service life, disassemblable and repairable internal parts, and low maintenance cost.
J68Y High pressure globe valve Feature:
1. High-pressure medium enters the valve, where it is first fully depressurized and released in the valve bonnet to dissipate pressure energy and noise. This prevents the fluid from eroding the sealing faces of the valve plug and seat, thus achieving the effect of no erosion. By moving the valve disc up and down, the flow rate of the valve can be adjusted arbitrarily, making it adjustable.
2. J68Y High pressure globe valve has excellent performance in terms of high temperature, high pressure, and erosion resistance. The main components are made of high-quality steel, and the valve core and valve seat sealing parts are made of a special manufacturing process as a whole. The valve core seal can be independently replaced, which makes the valve have the advantages of tight closure without leaks, flexible opening without jamming, etc.
3. The erosion-resistant valve seat and valve disc are designed with a flexible structure, which can adjust problems such as wear and leakage caused by misalignment of the valve stem during manufacturing.
4. J68Y High pressure globe valve stem surface of the erosion-resistant stand-off valve is nitrided for improved strength, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.
5. High-quality forged valve bodies that have undergone solidification treatment are guaranteed to be free from internal and external cracks. The forged parts comply with the provisions of JB9626-1999.
6. J68Y High pressure globe valve seat is welded with cobalt-based hardfacing alloy, greatly enhancing the high-temperature hardness and resistance to medium erosion.
7. J68Y High pressure globe valve disc is made of imported cobalt-chromium-tungsten steel balls, which have very high high-temperature hardness, making its resistance to medium erosion much better than that of a regular needle valve.
8. J68Y High pressure globe valve stem has a unique flexibility and strength. The rolled thread is located above the packing to avoid contact with the medium. The smooth stem is precision ground, not only in close contact with the packing to ensure no external leakage, but also to reduce the torque required for operation. The valve opens and closes smoothly and effortlessly.
9. The specially designed middle-mouth metal sealing gasket is subjected to a special heat treatment process to ensure good sealing under high temperature and high pressure.
10. The excellent compressibility of flexible graphite packing ensures no leakage under high temperature and pressure.
