Nominal pressure is 0.1MPa, adaptive temperature is no more than 200℃ , and air source pressure is 0.6~0.8MPa. Double disc ceramic lined gate valve can be fully sealed in any direction. The central part of valve body adopts WCB forged steel part and seamless steel pipe welding. Sealing face adopts hard sealing. Material outlet of this valve is in full flow without any obstacles. Special blockage-blowing device is of good wear-resisting property, sealing property, low start-up load, infrequent ash blockage and encrustation. Double disc ceramic lined gate valve adopts high grade toughened structure ceramic sealing, with high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, and long service lifetime.Double disc ceramic lined gate valve can be installed at any angles due to its compact structure.
