Pneumatic ceramic knife gate valve is applicable to opening and closing pipelines that contain such medium as highly hard granules, like slag water, or corrosive soft granules.Nominal pressure is 0.1MPa, and adaptive temperature is no more than 150℃. Sealing face adopts hard sealing, and the parts that touch medium are all structural ceramic materials with good chemical stability and high hardness. Therefore,Pneumatic ceramic knife gate valve has good resistance to wear, corrosion and scouring. And it has good heat insulation property and slight thermal expansion. Material outlet of this valve is in full flow without any obstacles, with strong abrasive resistance, good sealing property, low start-up load, infrequent ash blockage and encrustation.
