Ceramic lined discharge valve is applicable to power plant dry ash system and bin pump discharge conveying, and it is also suitable for opening and closing pipelines that contain such medium as abrasive dry dust, water, slag water in the fields of mining, paper making and chemical engineering. Nominal pressure is 0.1MPa, adaptive temperature is no more than 200℃ , and air source pressure is 0.6~0.8MPa.
After closure, Ceramic lined discharge valve can be fully sealed in any direction. The central part of valve body adopts WCB forged steel part and seamless steel pipe welding.Sealing face adopts hard sealing.Material outlet of Ceramic lined discharge valve is in full flow without any obstacles. Special blockage-blowing device is of good wear-resisting property, sealing property,low start-up load, infrequent ash blockage and encrustation.Ceramic lined discharge valve adopts high grade toughened structure ceramic sealing, with high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, and long service lifetime. It can be installed at any angles due to its compact structure.
